Introducing Vilmate’s Warsaw Office
We announced our plans to open an office in Poland a year ago. In 2024, we made this vision a reality. Vilmate was officially registered in Warsaw, and soon after, we found the perfect location for our new workspace.
The opening of the Warsaw office was an important step in our company’s growth. There were several reasons behind this decision. First, many Vilmate team members already lived in Europe and needed a welcoming space to connect and collaborate. Second, operating within the European legal framework was essential to ensure full transparency and compliance in our partnerships with EU and US clients.
We asked ourselves: where could we find a location that works for our team and clients? Warsaw turned out to be the ideal choice. It’s a beautiful, modern city with excellent connections to many countries where we manage projects.
The result is a comfortable and well-designed space that meets everyone’s needs and will soon become the largest office in our company!
The Warsaw Office: How It Happened
We were ready to face challenges when opening our new office but encountered none. Warsaw welcomed Vilmate with incredible hospitality, and the only real challenge was finding the right option.
Creating a comfortable environment for Vilmate employees was very important to us. A well-designed space helps people stay productive and creative. The new office includes all the necessary areas: workstations, meeting rooms, a kitchen, and a relaxation zone.
Our team enjoys coming to the office instead of working from home. Remote work, which became necessary due to the pandemic and the team’s different locations, had become tiring. Our specialists wanted to meet in person because no online meetings or chats can replace face-to-face conversations and casual chats by the water cooler.
We’re happy to have created a space where our team can meet comfortably and look forward to returning to every day.
New Horizons for Vilmate
What opportunities has the office in Warsaw opened for Vilmate? As mentioned earlier, the biggest benefit is the comfort it brings to our team, which can now work on projects and interact casually. Employees from other countries and cities have started choosing Warsaw more often, attracted by its comfort and the opportunity to be closer to the team.
Our CTO, Igor Bagayev, shared his thoughts on the new office.
Working with clients has become much more productive for us. Warsaw’s two convenient airports make traveling to any EU country easy. This allows us to meet clients across Europe for detailed, personal conversations that are far more comfortable and effective than online meetings. We have always visited clients with our design and management teams when needed, but now it is easier and faster to set up meetings.
The Warsaw office will be our main location, and we look forward to meeting new clients soon. Thank you for being with Vilmate in 2024. We hope the coming year will bring even more exciting events!
