HittaHem is a web platform that helps users find real estate agents and book video calls with them.
Vilmate assisted HittaHem in developing the service, from its hybrid website structure to the core agent search and video booking functionality.
The challenge
HittaHem needed a website that would allow users to quickly and comfortably find the right real estate agent, then book and hold a video call through the platform.
The booking flow required a calendar that showed each agent’s available hours. The idea was to allow users to choose a convenient time and schedule a call in a few clicks.
The client also wanted to separate the website’s informational and operational parts while maintaining a smooth user experience. This structure had to make the platform’s operational processes more stable and autonomous from one another.

The client received a fully operating service with all the required interactive features.
Hybrid website
The website was developed as a hybrid solution using WordPress and React. WordPress handled the informational part of the website and supported analytics integrations, while React handled the platform’s main logic.
Agent search and booking
Users can find an agent working at their address by entering basic information, including the purpose of the visit, the address, the postal address, and the name. They can then view the agent’s profile, choose a convenient time, and book a call.
Video calls and calendar synchronization
Microsoft Teams and Google Meet were integrated for video calls. Cronofy was used to synchronize Microsoft, Google, and HittaHem calendars and display the agents’ available time slots.
Unified service
The informational and operational parts were connected with smooth transitions between system features, both under the hood and on the front end.
