Why
Salesforce
Commerce Cloud

What serious eCommerce is built on.
A platform that handles complexity without asking you
to stitch three systems together.

Built for enterprise scale

Built for enterprise scale

Peak traffic, deep catalogs, multi-site operations. The platform holds — Black Friday included.

Your CRM and commerce, finally in sync

Your CRM and commerce, finally in sync

Support sees order history. Marketing reacts to actual purchases. Sales knows what customers browse. One connected system.

AI that's part of the platform

AI that's part of the platform

Einstein and Agentforce Commerce are built in, not bolted on. Personalized search, recommendations, automated merchandising — ready out of the box.

B2C and B2B without the double stack

B2C and B2B without the double stack

Most platforms make you choose. SFCC handles consumer storefronts and complex B2B workflows in one system.

Questions clients
ask before they start

What's the difference between Salesforce B2C and B2B Commerce?
B2C Commerce is built for consumer-facing stores — personalization, promotions, high-volume traffic. B2B Commerce handles the complexity of business purchasing: custom catalogs, contract pricing, bulk orders, and approval chains. Both run on the same platform, but they're configured and developed differently.
What is SFRA, and when does PWA Kit make more sense?
SFRA (Storefront Reference Architecture) is the traditional way to build on SFCC — server-rendered, well-documented, and widely supported. PWA Kit is the headless approach: a React-based frontend decoupled from the backend. PWA Kit makes sense when you need maximum frontend flexibility or plan to share a component library across channels. For most projects, SFRA is still the safer, faster path.
How long does a typical SFCC implementation take?
It depends on scope. A straightforward B2C storefront with standard integrations takes 3–5 months. Complex B2B implementations or multi-site projects with heavy custom logic can run 6–9 months. Migrations add time depending on data volume and the state of the existing platform.
Can you migrate our store from Magento or BigCommerce to SFCC?
Yes. We handle the full migration — data transfer, integration setup, URL and SEO preservation, and go-live. The trickiest part is usually custom business logic that doesn't map cleanly to SFCC's architecture. We scope that carefully upfront so there are no surprises mid-project.
What's the difference between Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Agentforce Commerce?
Agentforce Commerce is the new name for Salesforce Commerce Cloud, introduced as part of Salesforce's broader rebrand toward AI-first products. The platform itself hasn't changed — same B2C and B2B Commerce capabilities, same architecture. The rename reflects Salesforce's push to position autonomous AI agents as central to the platform's roadmap.

Imagine a software project where the budget is approved, the scope is clear, and the final invoice arrives without suspense music in the background. How to Build an OMS Integration Without Impacting Your Daily Operations #E-commerce
As your e-commerce brand grows, manual order updates stop being practical. You can automate this process with an Order Management System (OMS). It connects your storefronts, warehouses, and accounting, but setting it up requires careful planning.  The challenge lies in integrating all the mentioned systems without interrupting your active order flow or forcing your business […]

What Is an E-Commerce OMS (and Why Growing Brands May Need One)? #E-commerce
At some point, a scaling e-commerce brand starts drowning in spreadsheets. Sales are ticking up, which is a massive win, but operational processes are starting to fracture behind the scenes. It’s a common challenge across companies, but this fact doesn’t make it any easier: managing complex workflows with disconnected, manual data entry is incredibly frustrating. […]
